The concrete element (1) comprises a carrier (2) as a reinforcement, and a textile material (4) assigned to the carrier. The textile material is formed as a woven fabric or laid fabric made of glass, carbon or synthetic fibers, and is coupled with the carrier by fastening elements (5), particularly screws. The carrier is made of metal or wood, and comprises a profiled steel sheet, particularly a trapezoidal sheet. The carrier is connected with a coupling element in a form-fitting or force-fitting manner, which is accessible for connection to another component, particularly concrete element. An independent claim is included for a stairway with stair treads connected with one another by a coupling element.
