The present invention relates to a joint structure for suppressing reflection cracking of added asphalt concrete pavement and a method for constructing the same capable of improving the durability of asphalt concrete pavement by preventing the asphalt concrete pavement layer paved by covering the upper part of the concrete pavement or the existing asphalt concrete pavement from cracking and delaminating. The joint structure for suppressing the reflection cracking of added asphalt concrete pavement according to the present invention installed on the concrete slab of a road paved on the upper part of the concrete pavement with asphalt concrete includes; a backup rod inserted into a joint downspout formed in the concrete slab at predetermined intervals; a primer spread on the top of the backup rod and both surfaces of the joint downspout up to the top surface of both concrete slabs at a predetermined width; a thermoplastic elastic sealer with which the joint downspout on the backup rod is filled and with which both slab upper surfaces are coated with a predetermined width along the joint downspout to have a T-shaped cross-section; and a reinforced fiber attached on the upper surface of the elastic sealer coating the upper surface of the concrete slab.
