In a message distribution system, a message input by a user is distributed to one or a plurality of first distribution target users who are selected from among other users, and then distributed to one or a plurality of second distribution target users who are selected from among the other users. A feedback information obtaining unit obtains feedback created by the one or the plurality of first distribution target users on the message. A distribution-target-number control unit controls the number of users who are selected as the one or the plurality of second distribution target users based on the feedback information. |
