Novelty: a method for the preparation of products based on chicken meat pieces, with addition of smoked or maturated bone-free meat or fat added to a part or the whole product. Preparation stages: 1) cutting the chicken meat into pieces, into slices or into any other form; b) cutting the smoked meat or fat thereof into slices, into pieces or into any other form; c) presenting and distributing the chicken meat in respect to the needs of the production or order. Properties: the resulted products conserve their organoleptic features and exhibit excellent stable consistency.
