The inlet and outlet are connected through a pipe section (14). The pipe section is provided with a chamber (16) in which the stirring blade is arranged and the aggregate supply portion is provided at the end. A mixing chamber (20) of the aggregate supply portion is equipped for mixing of an aggregate containing water and flocculants.
