<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knee load reduction structure with a simple constitution realizing protection of the knee of an occupant. <P>SOLUTION: An impact absorption member 3 is integrally formed on an edge of an opening of the instrument panel mounted with a glove box 8 through an integral hinge 4. The impact absorption member 3 is rotated around the integral hinge 4 and is abutted on a back surface of the instrument panel.
