<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evade a malfunction generated in the result of setting to a standby mode. <P>SOLUTION: By a CPU 1, when a specific instruction is received from a host computer 22, an LD is turned off and a laser control circuit 15 is made to the standby state as the 1st stanby mode, and a motor driver 3 is made to the standby state after the rotation of a spindle motor 13 is stopped, then an analog circuit 4 is made to the standby state and a CD/DVD encoder 5 and a CD/DVD decoder 6 of a digital circuit are made to the standby state. After moving to the 1st standby mode, when the instruction is not received within the specified period from the host computer 22, system clocks of a CPU bus clock and digital LSI are furthermore made to the decreased state as the 2nd standby mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
