<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a hot-rolled steel sheet excellent in both mechanical and surface properties at a low cost by suppressing the cost of equipment and the running cost of a heating device and cooling devices as much as possible and controlling the temperature of the hot-rolled steel sheet at the outlet of a finishing mill to the target value. <P>SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of the hot-rolled steel sheet, in the manufacturing apparatus 0 which is provided with a roughing mill 2, the finishing mill 3, the heating device 6, the cooling devices 71-73 and a temperature controller 11, , the temperature of a rough bar 1 at the inlet of the finishing mill 3 is predicted on the basis of the predicted value of the temperature of the rough bar 1 at the outlet of the roughing mill 2 with the temperature controller 11 before the rough rolling is started and, by performing rolling after correcting and setting the preset rolling speed in the finish rolling and/or the preset setting value of the thickness of the rough bar so that the value of this predicted temperature is not lower than the target value, the temperature of the hot-rolled steel sheet at the outlet of the finishing mill 3 is controlled to the target value and also the temperature of the rough bar 1 at the inlet of the finishing mill 3 is taken as not lower than the target value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
