Disclosed is a filler neck which is to be mounted on an opening in a tank wall and comprises an outer neck part (8) resting externally on the edge of the opening as well as an inner neck part (9), the outer and inner neck parts being connected to each other. The outer neck part (8) has an outer collar (10) which rests against the outer face of the tank wall (2, 3), while the inner neck part (9) has an inner collar (11) which rests against the inner face of the tank wall. One of the two neck parts (8; 9) has a number of longitudinally extending elastic tongues (20; 20'; 50) which create an association between the two neck parts (9, 8) in the circumferential direction and which are provided with snap-on hooks (21; 21'; 51) that snap onto shoulders (16; 16'; 57) of the other neck part (9; 8) so as to interconnect the two neck parts (8, 9). |
