<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a life science simulator affording simulation results having reliability of an intracellular reaction by relatively simple procedures. <P>SOLUTION: A method for simulation comprises the following steps. A step of defining a cell as a field which is a simulation space, a step of defining intracellular elements containing at least an mRNA and a protein as the objects, a step of defining reactions when the selected objects mutually approach in the defined objects, a step of moving at least part of the defined objects for each unit time, a step of initiating a prescribed reaction in the defined reactions by interference among the plurality of objects when at least the plurality of objects in the objects are located in prescribed positions and a step of performing a prescribed treatment according to the initiated reaction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
