PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic business form system, an electronic business form processing method, a business form creation unit and a business form processing unit in which time that is taken to transmit and process business form data can be shortened.

SOLUTION: A business form creation section 202 creates the business form data on a business form; a business form data division section 203 divides the business form data into business form present data which has the business form data and business form absent data which does not have the business form data; a data transmission section 205 transmits the business form present data and the business form absent data; a data receiving section 101 receives the business form present data and the business form absent data; a business form data monitoring section 104 identifies the business form present data and the business form absent data; a distribution business form data creation section 105 gives a data processing to the business form present data so that it can be outputted in a CD-R; a distribution business form data storage section 109 stores, as business form data for distribution, the business form present data which is given the data processing; and a distribution business form data updating section 106 updates the distribution business form data on the basis of the business form absent data.
