<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intimacy degree measuring system for measuring the degree of intimacy between users based on behaviors of users in communication in a three-dimensional virtual space. <P>SOLUTION: A server 2 which functions as the system for measuring the intimacy between users by activating the incorporated program for measuring the intimacy between users is connected to clients 6a, 6b and 6c used by the respective users via a network. For example, in the case that communication is established between the user A using the client 6a and the user B using the client 6b, the server (system for measuring the intimacy between users) 2 calculates, as parameters, the quantity of uttered words, an utterance time, an utterance frequency and a honorific language form based on text information which indicates the words uttered by the user A to the user B and by the user B to the user A. The server 2 calculates, as parameters, emotional action, an existing time, a distance and a sight line based on avatar information which indicates actions of avatars of the user A and user B.
