<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program, an apparatus and a method for presenting relevance with a message exchange partner and the transition of the relevance. <P>SOLUTION: A data set is accumulated in an electronic mail exchange history data base 2 as electronic mail exchange log. When a user inputs view time as a point of time when relevance with the message exchange partner of the user is obtained, a transmitter information creating part 8 creates a transmitter profile of a person transmitting an electronic mail to the user based on respective data sets to view time from the oldest one, which are extracted by a data set extracting part 6. A receiver information creating part 10 creates a receiver profile of the person to whom the user transmits the electronic mail based on the respective data sets to information time from the oldest one, which are extracted by the data set extracting part 6.
