<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To indicate for warning that a supply hot water set temperature is high to an indication means when the supply hot water set temperature of a water heater exceeds a predetermined temperature. <P>SOLUTION: This remote controller of the water heater comprises an operation means 5 operating the setting of hot water, the indication means 2 indicating the set state and warning indication of the water heater, an indication information control means 13 changing information indicated on the indication means, and a control means 11 controlling based on the information from the operation means. By this, when the set temperature is set to the predetermined temperature stored in a storage means 15 or higher when a user changes the set temperature of the water heater by the remote controller of the water heater, the control means 11 indicates by warning that the supply hot water set temperature is high to the indication means 2 of the remote controller of the water heater by the indication information control means 13.
