A web service providing system and a method thereof are disclosed. The system includes: a web page which provides an environment for a community with a certain objective or interest; and an online community system which terminals of those who want to set up a community and terminals of those who want to participate in communities access in real-time. According to embodiments of the present invention, it is possible to inquire on data about communities through a list inquiry unit, which is to inquire on data about communities, by searching the data using a search unit and to achieve advertising impact by adding an advertisement for a certain company.
