The coupling device (1) comprises a clutch (2) with operating elements (5) and a clutch release sleeve (3). A coupling unit (4) is used for coupling the clutch release sleeve with the operating elements of the clutch. The coupling unit is provided for receiving the clutch release sleeve in form-fit manner such that the power transmission is enabled in pressure direction and pulling direction respectively by a thrust washer (13) and a train disc (14).
