The present invention provides a panty liner with improved breathability, having not only an improved functional effect for breathability but also an improved psychological effect for breathability by being equipped with multiple air holes capable of being visibly recognized. The panty liner with improved breathability according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a liquid-permeable upper sheet, a breathable and liquid-impermeable lower sheet, and an absorption core interposed between the upper sheet and the lower sheet. The upper sheet comprises: a side member having multiple air holes are formed thereon; and a center member arranged in the upper side of the side member and extended at a longitudinal direction from the center of the side member. The multiple air holes secure breathability and visibility, and at the same time, have a size and a distribution to an extent wherein secretion is not penetrated from the absorption core to the outside.
