摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular crystal production apparatus having a nozzle which has a shape enabling the working cost thereof to be reduced and which is prevented from the clogging in each nozzle hole, and is prevented from the corrosion of the nozzle holes, can stabilize the average grain diameter of the granular crystal and improves the production yield of the granular crystal. <P>SOLUTION: The granular crystal production apparatus is used for producing the granular crystal by discharging a melt of a crystal material in a granulated state from the nozzle 5 of a crucible 1 and allowing the granular melt to fall, and at the same time, solidifying the granular melt by cooling it when the granular melt falls, wherein the nozzle 5 has such a structure that projecting parts 5a are formed on the surface facing the the crucible 1 inside, of a flat plate-shaped base body and the nozzle hole 6 is formed from the top part of each projecting part 5a to the other main face. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p>
