<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information terminal equipment and an alarm generating method for effectively using a bar code function installed in information terminal equipment, and for extremely reducing the number of times of operation to schedule registration, and for displaying information recorded in a bar code symbol in association with a schedule. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 107 displays a schedule edit screen at a main display 2, and inputs and displays information registered by a manufacturer in each of the items of subjects, date setting, repetition setting, alarm notification setting, contents and relevant file names based on control information for automatically performing schedule registration.
