<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monoclonal antibody that immunologically reacts with at least one substance selected from the group consisting of feline trypsinogen, feline trypsin and other substances relating thereto; an immunological measurement method for feline trypsin, feline trypsin-like immunologically reactive substance using the monoclonal antibody; and an immunologically measuring reagent that includes the monoclonal antibody and measure the immunology of feline trypsin or feline trypsin-like immunologically reactive substances; and simultaneously provide a measurement system that can measure the existent ratio of feline TLI distributing in a variety of forms. <P>SOLUTION: The monoclonal antibody that immunologically reacts with feline trypsinogen and/or feline trypsin.
