The spectacles have reticulated fixing straps (2) made of a light material and presenting an assembly opening. Two frames (4) are assembled in the straps and are formed of a flexible material to receive eyeglasses. Two fixing units (6) close the opening and provide an extension of a strap (610). Locking rings (20, 21) cooperate with anterior and posterior lateral edges of the frames, and ribs are coupled between the rings. Positioning and retaining grooves (43, 44) are defined in the outer surfaces and lateral sides of the frames, respectively. The rings are received in the retaining grooves.
