The frame has, at its middle part, a vertical tube supporting a saddle (15), and, at its rear end, two rear wheels (10, 11) in the same axle and a handlebar (12) of a height of about 1 meter. The distance of the point of projection of the steering axle on the ground with respect to the point of contact of the front wheel on the ground is around 8 centimeter, and the angle of the steering column is around 10 degrees.
