A cleaner of a belt conveyor is provided to remove residual substances on a belt of the belt conveyor by applying tension to a blade of a second cleaner and adhering the blade to the belt in the state in which several pieces are inserted into a blade body. A cleaner of a belt conveyor includes a first cleaner removing foreign substances attached to a belt while moving. A second cleaner(300) removes residual substances attached to the belt on the lower rear side of the first cleaner. The second cleaner includes several blade bodies(310) into which a blade(330) having the same width as the that of the belt is inserted and into which an engaging rod is inserted. An engaging hole is formed at a lower portion of the blade body. The several blade bodies are inserted into an engaging rod(320). A blade recess(311) into which the blade is inserted is formed at an upper portion of the blade body. A tension unit is provided in the outer blade body of the engaging rod.
