<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wind turbine generating equipment wherein conversion efficiency, reduction of control power, and the like are improved, by combining and operating power conversion units of a scale corresponding to a generated output with respect to wind power generated output having a very large variation width and generated output can be effectively utilized. <P>SOLUTION: The wind turbine generating equipment includes: two or more power conversion units 3 for one wind turbine generator; and controls the number of power conversion units 3. Two or more power conversion units construct a conversion device of a predetermined capacity by combining their identical or different capacities.
