<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake control device for an engine capable of reducing load acting on a section near a joining part of a cover and a duct without causing cost increase. <P>SOLUTION: The intake control device 20 for the engine is provided with a bulge part 21a formed by bulging a tube wall of a synthetic resin intake duct 21 out to a pipe outside, a synthetic resin cover 38 attached on a pipe inside of the bulge part 21a, a diaphragm 35 gripped between the bulge part 21a and the cover 38, a compression spring 37 biasing the diaphragm 35 toward an atmospheric pressure chamber 42 side when negative pressure is generated, a movable rod 33 of which one side is connected to a diaphragm 35 via an end plate 34, and a shutter member 32 interlocked with another end side of the movable rod 33 and opening and closing an inside of an intake duct 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
