The film comprises a fluoropolymer layer having a surface and comprising a melt processable fluoropolymer and a functionalized polymer dispersed throughout the fluoropolymer layer. A portion of the functionalized polymer is disposed at the surface of the fluoropolymer layer for bonding to a second layer.</p>
