A fixing structure of prefabricated panels for construction is provided to reduce time for construction and to improve the heating and cooling efficiency by forming a duct line structure to perform cooling, heating, and blowing operations selectively in a compulsory circulation manner. A fixing structure of prefabricated panels for construction includes a stability structure frame(3), a structural inner panel(5), and a structural outer panel. The stability structure frame is fixed to a basic fixture(1) including a wall body and a ceiling. One side of the structural inner panel is fixed to the stability structure frame and a thermal medium pipe(2), an extinguishing line(4), and a blowing line(6) are selectively installed on the other side thereof. The structural outer panel is located on the outer side of the structural inner panel. One side of the structural outer panel is installed to cover the thermal medium pipe, extinguishing line, or blowing line selectively installed and the other side thereof is formed with a plurality of noise absorbing holes. A spring cooler for the extinguishing line and an air discharge opening(60) for the blowing line are selectively installed in the structural outer panel.
