<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide element which has a compact and short connector having proper handleability, and to provide a photoelectric mixed mounted element. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the optical waveguide element which has a connector part fitted to an end of a flexible optical waveguide having a core and a clad, with the optical waveguide having the connector part that has a groove whose minimum width is smaller than the maximum width of the end of the optical waveguide, and the end of the optical waveguide is fitted in the groove. Furthermore, there is provided the photoelectric mixedly mounted element, having the connector part of a flexible electric wiring board joined to the opening side of the groove of the connector part of the optical waveguide element, and the connector parts of both are integrated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
