PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device or the like capable of reducing loss with a simple circuit configuration.

SOLUTION: This light emitting device is provided with a power conversion circuit 50 capable of converting power of a power source into driving power of a light emitting element group 10 based on a detection signal of a voltage detection circuit 30 to supply it to the light emitting element group 10. In relation to the light emitting group 10, a light emitting part 12 with a plurality of the light emitting element groups 10 connected in parallel with one another therein is composed; driving power is supplied to the light emitting groups 10 by a shared power conversion circuit 50; ON/OFF operations and light emitting quantities of the respective light emitting groups 10 are controlled by a current drive circuit 20; a voltage by the light emitting groups 10 is detected by the voltage detection circuit 30; the power conversion circuit 50 converts power based on the detection signal; and thus feedback control is executed to regulate driving power supplied to the light emitting groups 10.
