The system has a transparent optical unit (8) rotatably supported around an axis of rotation (9), and an electric motor (7) for rotating the optical unit, where the optical unit is formed as a hollow cylindrical shaped unit. A light source radiates a light spectrum that is different from a light spectrum produced by another light source, where the light sources (4) e.g. LEDs and laser diodes, are controllable and separated from each other. Refractive surfaces in the form of recesses and bulges are arranged at an external surface of the cylindrical shaped unit.
