Disclosed is a touch panel which comprises: a first light-transmitting base that has a first sensing electrode; a second light-transmitting base that has a second sensing electrode that faces the first sensing electrode; a first wiring line that is electrically connected with the first sensing electrode; and a second wiring line that is electrically connected with the second sensing electrode. The first wiring line has a first wiring electrode that is formed on the first base, and a first auxiliary electrode that is formed on the second base so as to face the first wiring electrode. The first wiring electrode and the first auxiliary electrode are electrically connected with each other through a conductive adhesive material. |
