By bringing the soil into a dry state to separate the soil into magnetically attracted matter and magnetically unattracted matter and collecting the heavily contaminated magnetically attracted matter, it is possible to facilitate separating fine soil from contaminated soil, which makes it possible to easily reduce the content of the contaminant in the coarse soil.
