<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim a stable operation of a treatment device in desalination-treating chloride bypass dust, and at the same time, to utilize effectively desalted water. <P>SOLUTION: A part of a cement kiln combustion gas is extracted, the dust contained in the bleed gas is collected. After water is added to the collected dust to slurry, a separation of a primary cake and a primary filtrate containing selenium is carried out, and after a pH adjuster and a ferrous compound are added to the primary filtrate containing selenium to reduce a selenium concentration, a separation of a secondary cake and a secondary filtrate containing selenium is carried out. The secondary filtrate containing selenium passes through an electrodialyzer, by which a separation of concentrated salt water and desalted water containing selenium is carried out to return the desalted water to a cement manufacturing process. A calcium content and a sulfur content contained in the desalted water react to prevent a production of calcium sulfate in a treatment system and to avoid cloggings of a belt filter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
