<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional medical support system, which is not intended to cope with an emergency occurring to a patient but intended to support ordinary medical examinations, when treating a rare case properly is not easy for a medical staff expect those who are preparatively trained for an emergency and the patient is finally transferred to an emergency medical section/institution though generally a medical staff carries out an emergency treatment according to an emergency manual and experience while treatment in the emergency occurring site is obviously important and there is great possibility of drawing criticism as malpractice if inadequate practice or inaction is carried out in the site. <P>SOLUTION: The emergency medical treatment support system is provided with the following steps for: previously registering a skill level of a user, contact methods with concerning medical institutions, and stock statuses and locations of emergency medicines and medical materials; instructing practice procedures, practice standards, and check items of an emergency treatment to the user; making the user confirm a practice result and a treatment to be carried out next; and recording carried out treatments. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
