<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crow-teeth rotating electric machine and a manufacturing method of a stator by which mechanical strength of the stator is raised. <P>SOLUTION: The crow-teeth rotating electric machine includes the stator provided within an annular click core 6 in which an annular coil 13 is formed by a dust core, and a rotor rotatably provided within the stator. In the rotating electric machine, the annular click core 6 is formed by a plurality of clicks 6A, 6B engaged each other which are projected alternately so that the clicks may extend in an axial direction from both sides of an inner diametrical portion. The stator is molded so that the annular click core 6 and the annular coil 13 may become integral with thermoplastic or thermosetting resin 20. Moreover, an iron loss is reduced while mechanical strength is raised by manufacturing the annular click core with the dust core. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
