<p>The absorbing element (1) has an absorbing portion (2) with two distal ends (2', 2'') respectively secured to anchor points (3, 4). The absorbing portion has solid filiform elements (5, 6) e.g. wires, which deform elastically when subjected to a traction stress less than a preset threshold, and deform plastically when subjected to a traction stress greater than the threshold. The filiform elements respectively have straight segments (7, 8, 8', 9, 9') parallel to one another, and circular arc segments (10) such that two successive straight segments are connected by one of the arc segments.</p> |
