The element (11) has a support section (15) surrounding a fastening section (13) e.g. thread. The element is fastened at a component i.e. stainless steel sheet, of a machine by the fastening section. The fastening section defines a middle axis (M). The support section cooperates with a contact surface of the component in a fastened condition. The support section includes a circular ring-like inner surface (17) for contact at the contact surface, and an outer surface (19) for contact at a sealing. The outer surface is recessed for receiving the sealing relative to the inner surface. The sealing is made of a fluoro-polymer-rubber i.e. VITON (RTM: synthetic rubber and fluoropolymer elastomer).
