An illegal sticker preventing apparatus having an automobile exhaust fumes/dust adsorption function is provided to absorb and remove minute dust including heavy metals of traveling vehicles on a road. An illegal sticker preventing apparatus includes a sheet unit(10), an absorbing unit(20), an upper part fixing unit(30), and a lower part fixing unit(40). The sheet unit is installed at an outer circumference of a standing pole. The absorbing unit is installed at the sheet unit in order to absorb minute dust. The upper part fixing unit and the lower part fixing unit are installed at an upper part and a lower part of the sheet unit in order to fix the sheet unit at the standing pole. The sheet unit includes a net, a plurality of holes, and a pad having protrusions. |
