The apparatus has a mixing unit with a capsule insertion channel, a capsule holder with a mixing wall, and an injecting head for injecting the water into a capsule (3). An opening and closing mechanism (12) produces a relative movement between the holder and the head to open and close the head on the holder. The channel is inclined at an angle of 30 to 60 degrees with respect to a horizontal plane, where another angle between a lateral wall portion of the holder remote from the channel and the horizontal plane is in a range of 55 to 25 degrees. |
