<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fare adjustment processor and a fare adjustment processing method, capable of efficiently executing fare adjustment processing, and capable of improving convenience of a user. <P>SOLUTION: This fare adjustment processor reads commuter ticket information and balance amount information stored in an information storage medium presented by the user, calculates a fare adjustment amount, adjusts the calculated fare adjustment amount by a money amount obtained by adding a repayable money amount based on the read commuter ticket information and a money amount of the read balance amount information when the read balance amount information is insufficient for the calculated fare adjustment amount, and rewrites the balance amount information and the commuter ticket information stored in the information storage medium according to the money amount from the balance amount information and the repayment money amount from the commuter ticket information used for the fare adjustment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
