Optoelectronic sensor with linear configuration of individual emitters

The optoelectronic sensor has light transmitter for emitting transmission light into a monitored zone, and a light receiver (26) for receiving diffusively reflected or transmitted light to objects in the monitoring area. The light transmitter has line arrangement of several individual laser emitter or LED emitters. The individual emitters are formed on same semiconductor crystals (44a-44d), and are activated by a common driver circuit in synchronization with light emitters. An independent claim is included for manufacturing method of optoelectronic sensor.
