A structure having different color patterns and a manufacturing apparatus thereof are provided to form guide holes and fine holes in an outer mold such that color pigments are extruded on the surface of an extrusion member and to organically combine the outer mold with an inner mold having predetermined ribs. An apparatus for manufacturing a structure having different color patterns comprises a first extruder(10), a second extruder(20) and a mold(30). The first extruder receives synthetic resin(H) from a first hopper(11) and forms an extrusion member by melting and kneading the synthetic resin. The extrusion member is converted into a structure(50) having different color patterns by the mold. A cooler(41), a conveyor(42) and a cutter(43) cool, conveys and cut the structure, respectively. The second extruder receives color pigments(U) from a second hopper(21) and forms the color pigments in the mold. The mold includes an outer mold(31) and an inner mold(32). The outer mold communicates with guide holes, through which the color pigments are received from the second hopper, are formed with fine holes(31b).
