#CMT# #/CMT# The device (1) has arms (3, 4) including fixation units (5) for rigidly fixing the arms with a ladder in a position in which an arm axis (6) forms a non null angle with a plane of the ladder. The arms have an elongated element (7) of a longitudinal axis (delta) orthogonal to main direction of the ladder when the device is fixed to the ladder. The element, the arms and the ladder mutually co-operate for gripping the ladder on a support. The element has a length higher than width of the ladder so as to project on both sides of the ladder. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Device for securing a ladder (claimed) arranged against a support e.g. gutter, channel, acroterion or top of a wall. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The elongated element, the arms and the ladder mutually co-operate for firmly gripping the ladder on the support, thus equipping the ladder with a fall prevention system for a user on the ladder, and preventing lateral tilting of the ladder and sliding of feet of the ladder.
