The invention relates to microbiology, sanitary and hygiene, in particular, to public hygiene of foodstuffs, and may be used at performing of sanitary control and licensing of bottled non-alcoholic water and beverages and ingredients thereof. A method consists in the carrying out of microbiological nalysis according to the nature of plated microorganism growth on nutrient medium with preliminary plating of test-culture of colon bacillus in mixture with test sample of bottled water, which is grown at 37 °С during 18-24 hours, and by the nature of bacteria growing bacteriostatic and bactericide action of test sample is determined, and a mixture of bacteria test-culture is prepared with whole water in series of 1:2,1:4 and1:8. |
