<p>PURPOSE: An evaporator of a direct cooling refrigerator is provided to improve heat exchange efficiency of the evaporator by exchanging heat actively with flowing actuating liquid through a pass line of the evaporator. CONSTITUTION: An evaporator comprises an inlet(35) and an outlet(36) connected to parts of a heat exchange cycle to flow in and discharge actuating fluid; a freezer pass line(37) exchanging heat between actuating fluid from the inlet and internal air in a refrigerator; a first collecting chamber(40) connected to the freezer pass line downstream to collect actuating fluid through the freezer pass line; an exhaust line(42) transmitting gaseous fluid from the first collecting chamber to the outlet; a refrigerator pass line(38) exchanging heat between actuating liquid in the first collecting chamber and internal air of the refrigerator; and a second collecting chamber(50) connected to the refrigerator pass line to collect actuating fluid from the freezer pass line and transmit gaseous fluid to the outlet. Heat exchange efficiency is improved by flowing actuating liquid through the pass line of the evaporator.</p> |
