A structure for locking a tray for a vehicle is provided to employ a locking member of an auxiliary knob, which has an end portion inclined in a drawing direction of a tray. A housing(10) is formed with a locking groove(10a). A tray(12) is mounted on the housing such that the tray slides on the housing. A support shaft(16) is formed at the tray. An auxiliary knob(14) has a locking member(14a) extending such that the locking member is inserted into the locking groove. A spring(15) provides torque to the auxiliary knob such that the locking member of the auxiliary knob is inserted into the locking groove of the housing. The tray has a knob at the right side of the auxiliary knob.
