A guard rail for a moveable scaffolding frame is provided to adjust the length of a pivoting guard rail by installing a slidable rail in the pivoting guard rail. A guard rail for a moveable scaffolding frame comprises main frames(110) and connection frames(120). The main frame includes a pair of upper and lower main guard rails(111a), vertical bars(112), first clamping pieces, hinges, and a connection support(117). The upper guard rails separate from each other on the top of the scaffolding. The vertical bars attaches to two ends of the main guard frame. The lower main guard rail is located under the upper main guard rail and attaches to the vertical bar. The clamping pieces attach to one vertical bar and having a locking piece(116) rotating around a hinge shaft(115). The hinges are vertically installed at the other vertical bar. The connection support is located in the middle between both main guard rails, and provided with second clamping pieces(114b) with a locking piece pivoting around a hinge shaft. The connection frame includes a pivoting guard rail, a slidable guard rail with a hole, and reinforcing supports(123). The pivoting guard rails attaches to the hinge of the other vertical bar, separating from each other. The slidable guard rail slides out of the pivoting guard rail. The locking pieces of first and second clamping pieces pass through the hole of the slidable guard rail. The reinforcing supports are located between the pivoting guard rails and the slidable guard rails.
