A fuel door for a vehicle is provided to separate a fuel cap from a hanging unit without interference of a hemming unit by installing an interference prevention panel on the fuel door of which two ends are placed at the hanging unit and the hemming unit respectively. A fuel door for a vehicle comprises an outer panel(100), and inner panel(200), and an interference prevention panel(400). A hemming unit(110) protrudes from a periphery of an inner surface of the outer panel. The inner panel which has a hanging unit(210) where a fuel cap is hung, is attached to the inner surface of the outer panel. One part of the interference prevention panel is supported by the hanging unit and the other end is located at the hemming unit. A center part of the interference prevention panel is convex. A lower end of the interference prevention panel is separated at predetermined distance from the inner surface of the outer panel, and elastically supports the fuel cap.
