An adhesive composition for a fuel cell is provided to improve an adhesion between separators and to minimize a deformation of a membrane-electrode assembly by providing a movable space for separators upon an increase in internal pressure of a fuel cell. An adhesive composition for a fuel cell includes an adhesive resin and a hardener. The adhesive resin is selected from the group comprising nitrile-based rubbers, acrylic resins, epoxy-based resins, and mixtures thereof. A fuel cell(110) includes: a membrane-electrode assembly(112); separators(116) placed on both surfaces of the membrane-electrode assembly; and at least one electricity generator(111) having a sealing part(118) that is interposed between the membrane-electrode assembly and both separators and maintains airtightness between the membrane-electrode assembly and separators. The sealing part is formed by the adhesive composition.
