A method, a device, and a system for managing electric charges are provided to efficiently manage the charges of electric power consumed by a plurality of equipments, and manage the electric charges of respective equipments efficiently by setting a rate system suitable for the respective equipments based on electric charge history of the respective equipments. A facility management database(120) stores facility information of equipments corresponding to each rate. A history management database(110) stores a rate system of each area, and electric charge history information including a payment amount and used electricity. A main management device(130) recognizes the area and the equipment from notice information, and determines whether the rate system set to the area is suitable for a rule by using the recognized electricity, equipment information, and the electric charge history information of the equipment when the notice information is received from an electric charge billing device(10). The main management device outputs a report related to electric charge abnormality, cancellation of an electricity contract, abnormal electricity usage, and abnormal electricity contract depending on a determination result. |
